The guests who already know you do not need to be found again — and you should not pay 15% to be introduced to them a second time. Smahoma Stays gives you a booking page of your own, one calendar behind every channel, and no commission on what comes through your own door.
What it costs
A monthly price for the tool, a fee only when we actually bring you someone. We do not charge twice for the same guest.
What you get on day one
A page you can print on a card
A permanent address for your place. It loads without scripts, reads well on a phone, and shows the full price before anyone fills in a form.
One calendar
Your Airbnb and Booking calendars come in, yours goes out. A night that sells anywhere is blocked everywhere — enforced by the database, not by a background job that may have failed.
Seasons and minimum stays
Nightly prices per season, a longer minimum over New Year. Two prices for one night are impossible by construction.
Reviews that say something
Six categories and one question: would you stay here again? A single percentage that a guest can actually use.
The stay itself, if you want it
Smahoma Properties runs door codes, cleaning plans and owner statements. Stays is the front door to the same building.
No lock-in
Your guests are your guests. Export them, take your page down, keep the calendar. We would rather earn the next month.
What is not here yet
Card payments are wired for Stripe but not switched on — today a booking is a request that you confirm within 24 hours, and the guest pays you the way they already pay you. There is no mobile app yet. Search across all hosts opens when there are enough places to make it worth opening. We would rather say that than let you find out.
